Our customer service can even extend past the time we are working in your home. We realized that while everyone has good intentions of maintaining their furnace and air conditioning system, few of us remember to do it. This is why we established a program called the GIANT Customer Care Plan that assumes the task of remembering to have your furnace or air conditioner checked annually for safety and efficiency. Our customers love our proactive solution to this often overlooked, but very important task.
